Childrens Eight Week Level IV intermediate Acting Program

Objectives
This eight week course will cover challenging material for t.v.commercials, as well as infomercials from actual t.v.commercial script material preparing students for every type of commercial out there . Students will work on delivery of lines on camera as well as working on their improvisation techniques both silent and verbal.

Course is designed for
Children between the ages of 8 – 14 years of age who have a strong desire to work in the television and film industry

Course content
The course contents include Character Development, On-Set behaviour and procedures, Cold Reading Techniques, Audition Techniques, Role-Playing, Scene Study, Warm-Up techniques, Improvisation, monologues and “How to land that role” for a television commercial, television series and/or feature film. The first four classes will concentrate on how to deliver lines for T.V. commercials; how to perform silent on-camera improvisation scenes.
